We received a form at the hospital for the multiples program and I did some searching on the web and am not able to find any info. I also signed up on Similac's site and there is an option there to specify that your children are part of a multiple birth. After reading a few forums, it appears that some parents have called Similac's customer service and have had some success inquiring about the program. Hopefully this helps.
